Michael Murphy's name. With utmost reverence, we honor courage & valor of the highest caliber as the mirrored reflections emitted from this magnificent vessel docked @ Pier 88 transform my beautiful river into an incredible kaleidoscope where the light of sons who give all so others may live shines bright. Chicago Infrastructure Trust & the Renaissance Men

Stop calling our nation's leaders Socialists! That's exactly what they want you to label them so the conversation can be shut down, your research will stop and so you can't figure out what has actually happened to us, our economy and our nation. Open your mind: I opted to receive 'Renewing America' mailings because former SunGard Global Trading President Raj Mahajan (my former boss)shared information on it on LinkedIn. Today they posted an article with commentary entitled, "Policy Initiative Spotlight: Chicago’s Bold Infrastructure Plan" / blogs.cfr.org by Edward Alden March 30, 2012." AND OMGosh - This article helped me realize that all the 'Thinking Party' Democrats who attended those Retreat/Renaissance Weekends run by Bill & Hillary Clinton all those decades never wanted our Government to run all U.S. businesses! They figured out how to use our Gov't and all of us so they & their friends could profit from all U.S. business. How did they do it? Keep reading... Think about it: Savvy Gov't leaders pass legislation such as Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (1999) which lifts 6 decades of restrictions against banks offering commercial banking, insurance, and investment services AFTER they deregulate derivatives (1998) - creating that dangerous place where subprime risks could be stashed & hidden so the undermining, bail out &/or collapse of one U.S. financial firm at a time was more than a sure thing. 24 yrs later, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin and former President Clinton finish their plan by creating Trusts like the new "Chicago Infrastructure Trust" designed to use private capital (the wallets of Rahm, Robert & Bill's friends) that will fund & profit from public infrastructure projects while cutting out private sector involvement in those projects. I rest my 24-year case on these men who harmed our nation right the back of ObamaCare & Solyndra where it belongs. Woo hoo - When you finally know what and who you are fighting you can finally fight back. The smoke has cleared and I can see November 6th from my front porch! - Amen. America's Hero: Special Agent Chuck Stern, FBI

An American Flag which flew over the U.S. Capitol, Oklahoma City, Newark, Ventor, Red Bank NJ & @ the top of the new World Trade Center was handed to my incredible cousin Chuck as he retired from law enforcement today. The flag was raised @ every field office he worked from over the last 26 years... Our humble U-of-Penn Wharton Grad managed and solved the '93 World Trade Ctr Bombing Case. He & his FBI team brought Ramzi Yousef & many others to justice. Chuck's high profile work on cases spanning the globe saved countless lives so 130 of us found our way to the Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank NJ to honor him & his life's work. As an invited guest & speaker - I had the privilege to say "thank you" to a room full of heroes who live to protect the health, welfare & safety of citizens everywhere. It was awesome! Congratulations Chuck! Your high caliber service to our nation & the world throughout your exceptional career is deeply appreciated. We are humbled by & grateful for your extraordinary service. From TishTrek's 36th Floor Watch Tower on the Hudson River: Beam me up Scottie as we CELEBRATE & THANK all the remarkable hardhats whose skills made it possible to top off Tower 4 on Monday, June 25th, 2012 @ the amazing WTC in a "Beam-Signing Ceremony" which included Bebe Winans singing, "God Bless America." This NYC 72-story "Labor-of-Love Structure for the Record Books" is our country's 1st tower to open at WTC site since 9/11. I admit I am the tail-end of my grandmother's generation & yes - it took 50 years to watch progress @ two towers from a 36th floor window to understand what the definition of "resilence" IS. Hearts were beating with pride Wednesday as the incredible Space Shuttle Enterprise passed the Statue of Liberty, our beloved World Trade Center & my 36th floor window as the maritime corridor between NYC & NJ spoke the common language of INNOVATION! We were mesmerized inside this remarkable echo chamber of history, science, space exploration, all art forms & cultures! It was electrifying to watch the shuttle & her incredible escort - THE 533 Maritime Salvage Crane - pass on their way to the Intrepid Museum. Notes from my Hudson River Watchtower on the 36th Floor: IT IS A CRANE!! Best Supporting Actor: THAT 533 Maritime Salvage Crane! Watching from the waterfront of America's Hudson River I stopped to celebrate THE CRANE! It escorted our 150,000 pound (68,000-Kilogram) Shuttle Enterprise today. Planes, boats & trains weighing more than a million pounds can be plucked like flowers by the beastly crane. The hull is constructed with surplus panels from WWII ships. Within my reach to watch - a beautiful silhouette - a boom met our NYC skyline, towering 295 feet off the water. Wow! What inspired you this week? Best regards, TishTrek

Hudson River Watch: Sailing Forward!

TishTrek's Hudson River Watch! Recently, I started making it my business to look up and out the window between recruiting efforts... From the 36th floor, today I see gorgeous gaff-rigged sails straight ahead and it is inspiring. I love this view! This weekend is America’s oldest regatta, the NYYC's 158th Annual in Newport, RI. Biggest ever with 133 boats entered & 104 boats signed up for the optional and separately scored 19-mile Around the (Conanicut) Island Race! Since 1845, the tradition of our Annual Regatta - first hosted in Hoboken, N.J.- was interrupted only by war. A century & a half later: It's still "good to have an end to journey toward, but it is the journey that matters in the end,"(Quote by U.K. Leguin). Best regards, TishTrek

Here comes the freight ship carrying the Shuttle Enterprise! "In the world of maritime salvage, Jersey City's Weeks Marine 533 floating crane is THE legend that pulled US Airways Flight 1549 from the Hudson River in 2009 & transported a British Airways Concorde to the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in Manhattan." ** 533 hoisted a spectacular NASA pick to inspire America today! From my 36th floor window, it's called Innovation-in-Motion from sea-to-sea! Tall Ships Exit New York Harbor!

Never be soooo busy that you miss what's in front of you! OMGosh! "Ships at a distance have every man's wish on board."** The last of the Tall Ships are leaving beautiful New York Harbor right now! From bow to stern, I can see three-masted, square-sail carrying ships with U.S. sailors in white standing in formation on the Masts as they salute our nation & bid our city farewell. From the tallest masts located near the center of the ship to the Main-Mast lower, to Main Topmasts; to Main Topgallant Masts; and to those Mizzen-Masts - it's just another glorious day on America's Hudson River! Celebrating Fleet Week! A parade of ships honored America's homeland as glorious mirrored reflections sparkled from Tower #1 @ the World Trade Center site!
