17th Anniversary of 9-11...
On the 17th Anniversary of 9-11, we continue prayers for a path to peace. (Picture above - TishTrek and husband Harry @ the podium inside the United Nations General Assembly Hall in New York City). It was the privilege of a lifetime for us to be with leaders from around the world on a night when honoring excellence in writing and reporting was the common language uniting all of us. As one of the proud sponsors of the Annual U.N. Correspondents' Dinner, we enjoyed honoring excellence in writing and communications by helping to fund scholarships for international university students who had the courage & talent to tackle some of the difficult issues of our time. Through their magnificent words, they successfully created content that helped readers see through the lens of their research & life experiences. These students inspired all of us. I have confidence the next generation will pick up where we leave off.

Financial Advisors - How "The Oz Principle" Wins!

It's time to crank up that keyboard because you've finally got mail from TishTrek again!

There's no place like home! To manage that precious home well and protect our future we must use our brains, heart & courage to arrive at financial decisions that will matter for the duration of our lifetime.

Ladies!! "We control roughly 2/3rds of annual U.S. spending, (about $12 trillion," so stop clicking the heels of those ruby red slippers! Your power is now in your pocketbook! "80% of us will be solely responsible for household financial decisions @ some pt,"** so why don't more women (& men) purchase life insurance & other related financial services to protect our future & beloved families? High net worth (HNW) individuals simply operate with KNOWLEDGE too many of us never acquire.

For the last 40 years, too many of us have relied solely on benefit offerings tied exclusively to our 'Employment Status.' When millions of those jobs ceased-to-exist, went away or were taken from us, many fellow citizens suffered & lost in dramatic personal ways.
