So - you ask - who am I actually looking for and what kind of experiences and/or background will it take land an interview with the Executive Management Team doing the hiring for this GREAT POSITION?

Are you currently Head of Large & Structured Transactions or Head of Securities Backed Lending to support the High Net Worth clients in your current company?

Could this job be for you?

- Have you been responsible for the management, P & L, and growth of your company's Securities Backed Lending Programs (Reg T, Reg U & Letters of Credit)and are you in charge of developing Lending Offerings for Ultra High Net Worth & HNW Clients?

- Have you established new compensation methods for Financial Advisors to increase Securities Backed Lending penetration and established key metrics for monitoring the success of such program?

- Earlier in your career, did you successfully negotiate, structure and close transactions with total credit facilities in excess of $200 million?

- Have you been there, done it, and delivered successes in the SBL space throughout your career which gives you the unique experience to establish High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth lending strategy for one of the world's leading companies?

- Have you ever advised key clients/prospects on lending solutions - regardless of asset class - which may have included, but was not limited to, alternative investments, operating units, equity collars, unsecured, and single stock (control and/or unrestricted)? Have the loans been underwritten based on borrower, their capacity, collateral and purpose of the facility?

- Have the loan sizes been in excess of $100 million?

- Have you authorized and coordinated the distribution, marketing and positioning of securities backed loans to clients and Financial Advisors?

- Have you been responsible for end-to-end product management of lending programs including underwriting, technology related interfaces, pricing, and product management?

- Have you introduced new pricing strategies by client type which resulted in a significant increase of lending balances in the HNW client segment?

- Have you been in charge of overseeing client spread management which helped baseline client rates with the credit marketplace?

- Have you ever introduced new preferred rate exception processes to streamline process and ensure proper governance?

- Have you ever introduced new loan origination tools, technologies or methodologies and/or collateral evaluation engines to streamline lending processes and/or to enhance the client experience?

- Are you the one accountable for the functional responsibility for Lending Products?

- Have you managed and developed a staff of product and credit specialists which helped propel your company forward?
